steering column top bearing worn down (2.1.2c)
nearside front shock absorber has neligible damping affect (2.1.2c)
exhaust emisions lambda reading after 2nd fast idle outside specified limits(7.3.d.2b)
offside and nearside coil spring not corectly located(2.4.c.2)
front brakes in balanced(3.7.a.2d)
now the only reason y i am askin for help is because im in the army and im based at the arse end of northern ireland and the nearest garage is a complete shamble of a business n he aint goin near my car!!! lol n he charges extortionate price
can i repair these my self???? n were can i order parts from???

all those jobs look dead easy to fix, except the emmissions one. do you have a printout for it? ideally get the car faults read by vag-com and work from there. can get a vag-com cable for £10 off ebay, just need a laptop to plug it into!

Couple of points...
Shock absorbers should be replaced in pairs.
Emmissions maybe the Lambda sensor itself. ( part actually called oxygen sensor)
