I have a 2010 GT, and the drivers seat slowly reclines. I do approx 800 miles a week and at first I thought I was going mad, but after constantly fiddling and seemingly turning the seat upright after every 20 miles or so, I marked the wheel, and sure enough after 50 mmiles it had moved about a full turn more reclined.
Anyone else have this problem?

Nope.
Been the same for 14 months.
What have you been up to then......

I have read about this on here before. Try a search as i know this problem has been discussed by a few others who also had this problem.
-
I have done a few searches, nothing came up
-
It has been covered before and it's seams have happened to a few people (including me).
Dealers will need to "see" it happen before doing anything about it (in general)
-
No mate not I can't say I've had this problem with my seats.

I have this problem, though not as severe as yourself, it slips about an inch on the wheel after just about 5 miles, but doing a longer drive doesnt seem to make it slip any more than that.
Mentioned it when I was in for its first service, and they said that they would need the car for the day so that one of the techs could take it for a drive, probably when they collect or deliver another car - really didnt fancy that idea.
Mentioned it to my local VW indie (good friend), and he basically said, if you can live with it, then live with it cos you may get it back worse from the monkeys at the dealership.
So, I`m living with it unless it gets a lot worse.

Well mine beign a co car, I can just annoy them and keep taking the car in and asking for courtesy cars all the time, eventually they will have to give me a new front seat

I'm not going mad then!
I have to do the same pretty much every time I get in to the car. I thought I was imagining it.
It's not as if the seat fully reclines, mine would maybe move 1-2 inches each time then I give the knob a turn and it's back to where I want it.
I am 6ft and weight just under 80kg so I'm not massive.
