It's not a GTI though, what you should have got is one of these - I've already got one, it's brilliant  :cool:

Rick, care to post a picture? I'd be interested to see what the number plate turns out like? I assume it's German versus UK format?

Yeah, but that's in cream only.  How many people here have a cream GTi?

The number plates are pretty basic, white front yellow rear, with [sort of] Ariel Black font, no logos or anything else on them.
Will post a pic when I get chance. [I had MK6 GTI as the number plate]
It comes mounted on a plastic baseplate [with screws] and has a windowed display case [although this is only hard cardboard, you may want to upgrade to a better display box]

That doesn't bother me too much, but you could get it resprayed, the main thing is it's a GTI and has the Monza Shadows
