Title: help needed please

taken off the rear door cards to get to the electric window unit. Found out the unit its jamed not the window that is stuck. But cant get the unit out of the door as the nut to for the window  nut is out of reach.  tryed to pull the unit down by hand but no joy. ↲So is there anyone that can lend a had or advice? D

If you haven't already..Try undoing the bolts that hold the whole regulator mechanism to the door shell including the bolt for the motor (10mm socket).. then you may be able to lower the whole lot a bit including the actual window glass until the nut for the window clamp is revealed, it should show through a cutout in the door shell if you can lower it a little..then once the clamp is loose you should be able to wiggle the window glass out of the top of the door, inturn freeing up the regulator to be manouvered out of the lower part of the door.

I think this is what i did on one of my doors anyway.

On the rear regulators i believe it's only three 10mm bolts (2 for the runner, one for the motor) as there's only one runner compared to the front regulators two..also, one clamp on the rears, the fronts have two.

yh i gave that go but still no luck as it does not alway you to get at the still. ↲Can reach the nut with my fingers but cant get anything on it to turn it. Going to drill a hole through tomorrw if i'm still having no luck to get to it.

You say you never used the window so it may well be just the glass stuck in it's closed position, try running an ordinary smooth kitchen knife around the edges of the window where it closes into the door frame, especially the outside rubber weather seal..
