Title: brake caliper sticking or clutch problem?

when the car is driven off from cold start every day there is a loud short drone/whine which sounds like its coming from the rear of the car. It also feels like it adds a slight bit of restriction to driving the car. It only does it this one time from first start in the day and then its fine.
