Title: Abrasive polish???
Post by: Big Tone on 23 November 2010, 15:06
My car will be getting a claying in a week or so, I also want to use an abrasive polish to try and get rid of some of the swirl marks on my paintwork.

What would you reccomend? (By hand, no machine polisher)

Farecla G3 <-- works like a charm.

OR

AutoGlym Super Resin Polish (will take more work though)

g3 is far too aggressive for swirl removal even by hand, in fact you'll inflict more damage using g3 by hand if your technique isnt spot on.

g10 will be far less aggressive and will be easier to work with, scholl concepts s17, menzerna po 203 s works well by hand, dodojuice lime prime.

You could try this, it is getting very good write ups and looks to be a very good product.

Here's a clip of what it can do when used by hand.
