Fuel smell will not be the exhaust, check all the fuel hoses etc.

it depends, i once had a work van with a dodgy exhaust and diesel fumes was getting into the cab, need less to say, i have a crash and almost killed myself, work say it wasnt the van but i had fallen asleep! meh!!

anyway, check your exhaust, from experiance, id say it is, that, or youve got a fuel leak, which ive also had before, lol

Would it give a code if it was the lambda sensor? mine has the same problem but no codes. Anyone know the price of a new lambda sensor?
