My golf is now scrub free on 16"montreals thanks 2the 45profile tyres(ratha than 55) off lemskigolf, now, if i lower it wil it just scrub again and if not how much wud u recomend? Opinions plz lads

Also it was scrubin on the backs but at the front of the rear arches at the bottom close 2the skirts wich i found odd :-¿

Im running 17's with 205/40/17 toyo's and coilovers,not sure on the exact measurement,but took it down as low as i could go so i could get over the local ba**ard speed bumps :angry:
No rubbing issues,even with phatty's in the basck :grin:

Wound down till the splitter only just scrapes on the speedhump at the end of the road. :smiley:

Doubt it, Montreal's aren't mega wide with a low offset, should think you could slam it tbh. Tyre width might become a problem, but tbh they should tuck nicely.

Depends how low you want it. I would measure from arche to top of tread on back and then get spring damper set up. Of go all out on coilies and just take a day to play with the stance mate

Ok lads cheerz, cnt afford it at the mo lyk just thort ad enquire for future reference. Myt just drop it 60ish dnt want it super low just nyc wil do me. Guna paint wheels black wi red centres seen as cars black with red gti badges. Should look nyc imo. Cant put pics up at the mo as only got fne 4 internet lol and cnt see pics eitha :(

You should be fine as they have a highish offset.
