Where the hell can u buy bolt on polyurethane hangers for a mk3 ??
My OEM just keep stretching and tearing so i need some stronger rubbers. Problem is i cant find anywhere that does the bolt on type that mk3's need.

I never had a standard one stretch. Try some VW standard ones or tie a cabletie round it to bring it up.

What exhaust are you running?
VW exhaust shouldn't be heavy enough to stretch the hangers, unless the exhaust is not hung properly.

I had a similar problem on an old Audi 90 quattro.
The problem was hanging the exhaust so the weight distribution on the hangers was even, but the exhaust pipe was routed over the rear differential, so this proved almost impossible.
I tried polyurethane hangers and these broke too!!
I would check that the exhaust is hung properly first, if the problem persists, do what i did with the Audi, come service time, fit some new hangers, they are not expensive.
