Good evening everyone.
To begin with, a big thank you to everyone who participated in the hope to be part of the forum calendar, there were some epic photos. The final selections this year seem to be overall better than last year, which in return provides you with a better calendar.
To begin with, this is basically how the calendar will look:

Obviously, photos will be replaced with the relevant photo for that month, along with colour coding months and dates.
IMPORTANT: If you buy one of these calendars, you will not only be getting a great calendar, but also helping the forum charity which this year is 'Help For Heroes', if you haven't donated already, follow this link:
http://www.justgiving.com/golfgtiforum-is-8
This year, the proceeds from this calendar will go towards this charity which I am aware is close to many of your hearts. I've being doing some preliminary sums, and if I can sell 100 of these bad boys (MK2, MK3, MK4 & MK5/6 altogether) then lets just say a nice BIG hefty some of money will make it's way to the charity.
Pricing will be the same as last year, £12.99 delivered. For anyone that bought one last, please echo me by confirming the quality of these calendars being fantastic. It even surprised me seeing how good the final product was.
Here is how the buying of the calendars is going to work:
I am going to request everyone who wants one to email me at kirk.layton88@googlemail.com with which MK they want, along with how many they want (plenty of you have expressed interest in more than one copy). I would appreciated buyers to also include their full names and addresses too.
Payment will be through PayPal, bank transfer or similar. Once you have emailed me I will keep you on my system and once I've had enough orders I will email everyone with my PayPal address and what they need to do. PLEASE make sure that the money is gifted, and no selected to pay for goods, if I get any fees my end then I simply will cancel your order until the fee is paid.
I hope all of this has made sense, any questions please ask.
Regards
Kirk (Shady Pioneer)

I've got a third of 100 so far everyone, which is brilliant, but there has to be more people who want one. Don't forget they are excellent quality and would make an ideal Xmas gift. Hang one up at home, at work and the toilet if that's your thing.
If I sell 100, the amount of money that will be put into the forum charity will be a lot more than if I sell 48. :afro:

Just an update on order, if I can't hit 100 then my next target is 75. So far I have 54 orders which is excellent but would be fantastic if I could hit either the 75 or 100 mark. Ask your friends and family people!

Emails have been sent out to everyone that I had on my list. If you haven't received an email please email me asap and I'll rectify the situation.
Payments have started coming in. Please note that I can't send these calendars to print until everyone has paid so send your payments asap!
Thanks all. :afro:

Just an update. Many of you have paid very promptly and that is brilliant. However I am still missing 20 payments which accounts for 27 calendar.
Please bare in mind I want these calendars to go to print Friday, that will give me enough time to get them printed, get them back and package then send them in time for christmas/new year.
If people aren't paying I'm going to have to delay getting them printed as I can only do one run.
I have emailed everyone already with regards to payments but for those of you that haven't replied, at least let me know where you're at and what is going on. :afro:
Cheers.

I need 12 more payments and that is all of the people that ordered one then done! If you haven't paid (or if you want one and haven't ordered) let me know ASAP! I couldn't get these to the printers today so Monday is the day they will be sent. If you haven't paid, you won't be getting one.
Thanks to all that have though. Especially the prompt payers from Sunday/Monday. :afro:

I would just like to take this opportunity to thank everyone that has paid. The calendars are now at the printers and should be done by Friday. I will then spend the weekend sorting them out and getting them sent out to you, hopefully in time for Xmas, but if not, then at least the New Year.
By the way, if you intend to pay using PayPal, and you need to pay £12.99, make sure it is just that. Not $12.99, I'm not naming names but a certain member with a black Ed30 needs to sit in the corner with a dunce hat on.

Right guys, thought I'd give you an update. The calendars should be ready for me to collect today, however there is a problem.
Snow!
It has snowed in Yeovil today and after my accident last week I'm not prepared to drive in the snow again, so as a result I can't collect the calendars today assuming they will be ready. This means the next day I should be able to collect them is Monday, but it depends on the weather conditions.
Sorry to all of you but I'm sure you can understand my reluctance to drive. They will be with you as soon as I possibly can get them out.
-
Right everyone, I risked it, and so far, I've won.
I took the car to go and get the calendars today, even though we had more snow this morning in Yeovil which basically just topped up what we already had. Nonetheless I took a different path to the one I took last time and all is good.
I have them all packaged and ready to go, but it's going to be a feckin' hassle getting them all to the Post Office, they are heavy when you have 90+ to take. They will be posted over the next few days but I can not guarantee they will be with you in time for Christmas, so I am sorry for that.
Hope everyone understands.

Just to let you all know that calendars have all been sent now. Please bare in mind that it is Christmas week and I've been taking piles of them to the Post Office since Monday up to today, so if you haven't got it today, it'll most likely come next week. :afro:
Would appreciate it if people let me know when you get them too, just to be sure.
Merry Christmas!
