Title: 280mm Calipers look odd.
Post by: LowlifeDubber on 17 November 2010, 20:12
Ayup peoples,as im upgrading the brakes on the Golf to 280mm(as i want to keep the 4stud pattern) i recieved 2 calipers, hoses, discs and pads today.
The calipers are in great condition but the hoses are attatched with what looks like a threaded 1/4" piece of pipe.Is this normal or have the hoses buggered up and somebody has drilled them out?
Also im using mk2 16v hubs so will i need G60 discs and pads to go with the 280mm calipers?
(upgrading from 239mm solids btw)
Cheers
