Title: ***HELP*** Water Flange Mk2 GTi 8v

Can anybody help me out please???


I am after a METAL water flange to replace my crap plastic part that leaks. A lot.? :angry:

The flange is located on the side of the cylinder head above the gearbox.

Any help would be appreciated.

i dont think you will find a metal one unless you make one.

why not buy a new one and a new o ring. GSF sell them, they only cost me about ?8 total and i have no problems at all with it  :smiley:

Or if you are worried about quality get one from VW, cheap and mine has been fine since summer last year :)
