Title: What does your Mk3 sound like?

Post by: Stirring Moose on 17 November 2010, 18:45: Bit lumpy at tick over, then reasonably smooth and chilled up to 4000rpm. From 4000 to the redline it sounds like it wants to kill something. Pretty standard VW 16v behaviour pattern really!

Flat battery, don't know why! Currently charging. Don't really use it, only done about 4k miles since March :cool:

Still thinking of getting a VR6, possibly in Corrado form at some point, dont know what mine sounds like down low near the exhaust, revving its knackers off, might see if I can get something up!

Yeah more vids! I think my misfire is the crank sensor, so will be having the one off my mates 20vt (the orange one) and fingers crossed it sorts my problem! Then I get proper vid of mine done.
