Is there anywhere that still do mk2 scuttle panels?
VW dont and I cant find one on gsf either :(

Do you mean the cover?

Scuttle panel, is the steel panel that the wiper spindles protrude, and spot welded to the windscreen aperture, is this the part that you mean?
Or do you mean the plastic scuttle covers that cover the wiper motor etc, under the bonnet..
If you want the the steel panel, then you either have to fabricate a new section, or cut out a better section from a donor vehicle, and weld into place...
Plastic covers may still be available from the like of GPC etc..

no sorry, I meant the cover, VW say they stopped making them in 2008.

after-market carbon ones used to be quite prevalent a few years back but not seen them for a while

hi just got a new one through my local vw independant garage ( discount vw/audi center ) on the wirral , :grin:
they should be able to sort you out tel 01516324101 ask for sandy or derek ,top outfit. :smiley:
