Title: Cutting Out

Hi guys,
My MK3 keeps cutting out.  After about 5-10 mins it starts again only to cut out a few hundred yards down the road.
I had this problem on my previous mk3, I changed a relay and problem solved, however I cant remember the number of the relay I changed, does anyone know what the number is for this relay.

30 and 167,also big chance its the crank sensor.

Yeah I have thought about the crank sensor.  However I changed that on my previous mk3 and it turned out to be the relay.  So I thought I would try the relay first, if that does not work I will go for the crank sensor.
