Title: NEW MEMBER 2007 EDITION 30
Post by: garrardrj on 14 November 2010, 17:32
Well been looking for a new car for weeks and looked at all sorts. R32 , SL 500 , RS4 , E92 BMWS , PORSCHE CAYMAN ETC. Well the Edition 30 16000 miles won the day....Deposit on it yesterday....WOLSEY VW IPSWICH MAY 2007 IN SILVER £14400 WITH VW WARRANTY.

I intend to keep it for the long term.....Got that ??????????? can't remember the name finish to the glass.paint.upholstery etc....something like LIFELINE or . Done to the car new. Do i need to do anything more? Does it last? Is it any good?

Also what fuel to run it on. Does Super Unleaded make it run any better.

Now i've got a VW again............last one 1981 MK1 GTI in Red when i was about 25..........now i'm 47

Site looks good so far...

Welcome,

The product you mention is probably AutoGlym's LifeShine System. I had it done to my Leon Cupra - brilliant product. When first applied, for about two weeks, your car will not have a spec of water on it once you hit 50mph. No need for window wipers - its surreal in the rain.

Nice buy

Oh, and in answer to your question regarding super unleaded. I found a noticable different, again in my Leon. Super tends to be good/work better on a turbo engine, my was 1.8 20vT, I guess yours is a 2.0?

If any thing it gave me at least an extra 30-40 miles per tank (depends on driver)
