Title: Hi Everyone

I've just bought a black MKIV GTi (the 2.0, cant afford to insure a 1.8T just yet).

Really happy with it although it was making a screeching noise sometimes when I started it. I had a look on here though and a mate who used to be a technician at VW was going to change my cam belt and water pump today so I asked him to give my starter motor a clean too while he was in there and it seems to have solved it

I thought I did, but its started making it again, just not quite as loud, so im guna pull it out again this weekend and give it more thorough clean
