Title: CD changer not working

I have the 6 disc changer that goes in the dash, its started skipping..
I know you are thinking its the CD.. i bought a new cd and its still doing it, does it with all of my discs now.
Is it possible that there is a bit too much dust on the reader ?
Can they be taken apart easily to clean them ?

just buy a cd lens cleaner from argos for about £5
