Title: mk1 cabriolet boot lid replacement

 :cry:can anybody help me a skip drive into my boot door i was about to get it sprayed as well where can i get another one is it going to be loads its black plus my wolfbrug number plate has been smashed where do i get a replacement from help :shocked: :cry:

I think you may well have to search the scrappies for one of those, have a look on the web for scrapyards etc and some of them have part locations so they can find what you are after, I'd be surprised if you can buy a boot door from anyone other than a scrapyard.  :sad: By the way, how did a skip drive into your boot door ?  :undecided:

There's a Mk1 Cabrio being broken on ebay so it may be worth emailing the seller for parts you need.

I've seen one or two bootlids for sale on there as well, although I couldn't say for sure if there are any at the moment.

Hi

Theres a guy on ebay whose breaking a black cabriolet. he also sells outside of ebay as well. i have had a hood cover a dash and some other parts all in excellent condition.

Give him a ring he might just have what you want

Even though you've got the bootlid, for future reference I've bought parts from this guy as well (Marcus btw). Top bloke. I'm getting a Boge 40mm lower kit from him this weekend and just before Xmas he sorted me out with a top notch cab drivers door, fuse box, alloys & tyres, grill, headlamps, spotlamps, a starter motor, some trim and even a chunk of a rear panel.

It's worth the drive down to London, people like him are worth their weight in gold.

thank you all :smiley: but does anyone know where to get the wolfburg plate from pleaseeeeeeeeeeeee :cry: mine is just staying on been told to tape it but i don't want to drop it's image :grin:
