Title: mk4 golf turbo only runnin on 3 cylinders help needed

car as gradually started to miss now its running on 3 cylinders i have determined its number 3 thats not firing i have tried swapping coil packs around i swapped plugs around still the same fault on number 3 i can unplug the coil pack and it makes no difference to the way the car runs so i know its not plugs or coil packs any help would be appreciated cheers ice  :sad:

remove said coil pack put a spare plug in it and see if it actualy sparks, if it dose you have a faulty fuel injector or connection to it, if  it dosent you ether have no power to the coil pack or no signal getting to it from teh ecu,  examin loom and connectors fault will normaly be the plug itself or on the loom round the engine

sorted it was amplifier bolted to side of air box back in business £70 from euro car parts  :smiley:
