just i have heard you cannot de cat these engines as you get running problems is this right has anyone got this done on aum engine
-
think there is alot of people that run AUM's with de-cats. It will fail mot on emissions and think you need the lambda elements mapping out
-
when i enquired to av my aum de-cat, by long life they said with the obd2 protocols, the vag vehicle av running issues after de-cating

Only issues are engine light due to a higher reading from the rear 02 being out of the threshold, but with one byte change in the mapping the car will run 100% spot on with out any engine lights or fault codes.
