Title: Finally got round to taking some pics of the valver(s)!

got a few pics so let me know what you think... any comments welcome  :?

started out life as a lowly 1.3 , but last summer me and a mate (cheers Chris- his mk2 with the 45s - basta#d - is at the bottom!!!!) did full conversion.

Currently sporting a TSR/Miltek 4-2-1 manifold (in loads of Merlin heat rap   :wink: ), full ss scorpion exhaust, g60 brakes, full GTi rainbow interior, bonrath single wiper, spax adjustable kit, powertech D's (001s having a refurb  :D, audi 80 dials in votex centre console, oh and rear headrests  :) . oh and its one owner from new!! wahey.

Im thinkin of going for small bumpers (got them at home but not sure they work with the dished wheels yet) for Inters '05 when the 001's get back from a refurb. not sure yet....any ideas?

Very nice that does look the part, and because it was a 1.3 before and you had to put all the work into it to make it look good. I would just like to say that you achieved that bud its nice. And yer how much have you lowered it 70mm or more i guess?

thanks for all the positive feedback everyone :grin:

for those that asked its only lowered 40mm all round on spax adjustable kit, but it looks more for some reason??? I think with the bigger engine in it, its a lot lower at the front now...hmmmmmmm

oh and no it didnt used to be red, the mk2 with 45s on my mates car, he helped do the conversion. his mk2 is amazing  :laugh:

i think im gunna go with the big bumpers and RS' when i get them back, not liking the smalls yet...... :undecided:. ill try get some photos of the engine bay so u can see the conversion (like anyone cares but hey!!)

ha ha ha ha^  :grin: . Chris' mk2 was also originally a 1300, hes put a lot of work (and money into it  :laugh:)!! unfortunately, i could only just afford the donor car and loads of spare parts and because i use it everyday, couldnt practically really run the car with 45s.....but things do change  :smiley:

Im still impressed mind. Its very clean!
