Is it to get to the fuel tank as think I dropped something into it :O
I know on some cars you can reach it from the back seats just wandering if the golf was the same and if so how easy is it to get too :)

There's an access hatch in the boot if you lift the carpet up.
Just out of curiosity what did you drop in and how the hell did you manage it? :huh: :laugh: :lipsrsealed:

Unless its a volatile lighter I'm sure the fuel filter should stop somethings from getting through!

Well....I was siphoning petrol out of a jerry can with one of those cheap squeeze the top and the petrol goes from one the jerry can to the tank and i think when i pulled the hose out of the tank a bit may have been left be hind and may dropped into the tank and this may result in a blockage :O
Just have to wait and see lol until it start to jam up :D

Pop the plate off and have a look with a torch for god sake don't use a lighter.
