Title: How rare is this?..............

A mate gave me this today. had it lying about in his shed for years.

Its like the hela rear reflective pannel that goes in between the mk2 golf rear lights.

This one says 'GTi' and not 'Hella' and i have not seen one before  [;)]
In the mintest condition

probably pretty damn rare  :smiley: whether you would actually want it is another thing!

sell it on before the whole retro thing finishes. come to think of it, i am sure i read somewhere recently about someone being after one of these...

Would be so hard to value - its worth what someone will pay for it  :smiley:

Have you got the new Golf+? It may have been in there that these panels got a mention. Definitely something I have read very recently and the new Golf+ arrived on Saturday so that could be it  :smiley:

ebay it. i wouldnt pay money for it, its an ugly looking mofo!!

if it was a Hella item then you'd maybe get decent money for it, but i reckon you'd be lucky to get ?20 for it!

There is a Cabro going around here with a very simular thing on it, looks ok on the cabro cause the cabro is red too so it doesn't stick out so much.

they're probably pretty rare because most people would have binned them!! i've seen a few golfs with orange and red ones but none like that. it sucks though in my opinion but i bet you'll find someone who wants it!
