Title: anni question
Post by: mcgee9t2 on 17 October 2010, 10:42
right, we all know  anything non standard has to be declared i.e if you had steelies but bought alloys that could be standard on the golf you dont have to declare it.

what about a anni valance? that can be standard on a mk4 golf.
was looking at getting one but wasnt sure if it would need declaring?

you need to declare anything non standard for the particular model car your driving, so if your driving a 1.4 that come with steelies as standard and you put on different mk4 alloys you would NEED to declare them.

So yes you would need to declare the anni valance because even though they come on mk4s they didn't come on your model mk4

Hope this helps
