Hi guys, you got a great site here and some awesome looking cars, and its made me wonder if anyone owns my old Golf Gti 16 valve.

It was Helios Blue, the reg was F571 SHM and i sold it in 2000, originally a small bumper model with blue/yellow sport check upholstery but i converted it to a big bumper model with VR6 lower front spoiler, fully adjustable suspension all round, single head light de-badged grill but best of all i had a 2.0ltr 16v Plus pac conversion carried out by Gti Engineering when they were based near silverstone. I owned the car for 6 or 7 years and spent literally thousands on it. It was a quick car and i loved every mile i drove in it. I never really wanted to sell it but it had to go for something more practical when the first child arrived !
Anyway, anyone know what happened to it or its where abouts ?
Visiting your site has just made me want another Valver !!!!!!!

It has not been taxed since 2007

but yeah, 2007 - doesnt look good  :cry:

un taxed and un sorn - so either broken up but never scrapped or sat in  a barn or garage somewhere

Ha Ha I never changed it !

Thanks for looking, im gonna hang around here and check out whats going on, fantastic site keep up the good work !
Hopefully i'll own another valver soon  :wink:
