Title: Hella colour magic and condensation
Post by: JDM82 on 16 October 2010, 16:55
My fairly new, been on the car a month HELLA colour magic rear lights have some condensation in them both. As the day heated up it went but as a sealed unit I wouldn't have thought they would get condensation???? Is this normal or should I be looking at getting a replacement set??? There fitted correctly with the seals in place etc so...... :undecided:

If you bought them "new".  Then Sales Of Goods Act 1990 applies. Seek a replacement OR your money back.  DIRECT from who you bought it from.

DO NOT be fobbed off with "sending it back for testing, or, you must claim from the manufacturer.  Your CONTRACT is with the company you BOUGHT it from.

From what you say you have a defective unit.  I.E. the seals have gone.  Seek a replacement or your money back.
