Hi guys i have a Gamma head unit with a 80gb Phatbox connected to it, Q1 how can i add phono plugs to it so i can add a small amp and sub to it....

You need a RCA converter. The same as me.
If you see the " sub and amp noobie HELP?" Thread there is a link to one off ebay for less than a 5er. You just wire then into your headunit outputs.
-
alternatively you could buy the actual dedicated rca output plug that simply plugs into the mini iso plug on the rear of the h/u
