hi
I have got a  VAG COM USB DIAGNOSTIC CABLE 409.1 OBD2 II LEAD VAG-COM to have a go at the abs on my 96 n reg golf gti.
I am would like to now what soft ware i need to get to run on my laptop so i can hook up to the car.

You've answered your own question there buddy! Vag Com version 409.1 is your best bet!  :smiley:

hi i must be missing the right software becouse when i plug it in it will not find the ross tech usb interface not found

You'll have to download it from the Ross Tech website!
