Hey guys,
My car is in dire need of some new rims but I'm not 100% sure what the correct/best size, offset is? The car is lowered about 40mm. i have a good idea what look i want, just don't wanna waste money on the wrong size!
By the way, thanks for all your help with the rallye/jetta headlights, you've given me some good ideas!
See ya soon.....

get your choice of wheel sorted first as this could affect what size etc you want. we had a poll on this earlier so if you have a hunt back through the old posts you'll see a few opinions, but i think on a mk2 the general concensus is 15"s, for ease of use you probably want 7" wide and offset is around et 35 i think.
if you run 195/50/15 tyres you should have no worries with tyre clearance.
any one else got any thoughts?

get the arches rolled and you'll be fine. mine's dropped 60mm on 17x7's and it's fine even with 3 in the back

Thanks for the advice, the wheels I was looking at are Lenso RS5 and are 6.5x15. I've seen them for ?395 for the wheel and tyre package. What do you guys think? :undecided:
