Unexpected problem (mk3 gti), the car will not start.
While driving the car it just died out and did not start again, even when towing.
What I saw was that the RPM indicator was not working on towing with gear and on starting before I killed my battery.
Do you have recommendations on what could be possible errors.
tnx

That looks like an AGG to me.

Few things:
1. Whats that on top of the suspension strut?
2. Those wires shouldn't be exposed like that.
3. Is that a drinks bottle? :undecided:

1. there is nothing light makes you see something?
2. your right these wires are LPG ground and I should do something with these wires

yeah thats an ady or agg lump, which means it has a crank sensor. you'll find it buried right down the bottom of the block next to the gearbox, need to put jack under engine and remove the front engine mount bracket to get to it. check the wiring from it, by now the wiring will likely be all brittle with bare wires hanging out. plenty other things it could be though, ecu relay, coil (unlikely since rev counter no move)
does the pump prime when you turn the key 1 click?

looks like you have a wiring issue, maybe the round plug on the engine is loose? look for anything that's obviously broken. however could be these faults are old, did you clear them then see what comes back? oih i see you mention lpg, maybe that's got something to do with the injector faults logged above...
dom069: those are std MK3 GTI upper strut retaining cups :)
