Title: roll cage door bars question

got a little question about the door bars that have come with my roll cage it seems the the ends that u weld on once u have cut it size are made form cast iron if thats the case i dont think u can weld it with a normal mig welder can u ?

if not what would u weld it with

its ok what ever it was it welded well so panic over cheers
