I just checked my oil level n the tool that had the car before has filled it waaay 2 much, about a quarter past the max mark, what would be the best way to fix this? Where do i drain oil from? Can this much oil do any damage?

over filling can damage the cat on the exhaust (if you have one) or possibly damage the gaskets due to too much pressure. the fix is simple, get under the car and undo the sump nut, drain a bit out and put the plug back in :) keep doing it until the level sits right!

I would recommend removing the sump plug, you will end up in a right mess, easy way is a syringe and some washer tubing, draw off via the dipstick tube.

or hold the car upside down.

+1 on getting some of that oil out of there, however you choose to go about it. As already stated, over filling can put undue strain on the various oil seals and gaskets, as well possibly endangering the cat if the engine starts burning oil.
