quick one here, looking at new wheels, the ones i have my eyes on have a offset of et28
car is standard 1.4 mk3, standard suspension etc. will these fit? (centre bore and pcd are all good just need to know about the offset)

Standard offset is et38 to 43 so will be a lot closer to the arch.

ah cool, there is about a decade of gap between my arches the wheels anyway so i got alot of room to play with haha
btw anyone got any pictures of mk3's with et28 offset whels on them?

If and when you lower it you may / will find they rub.

will be low by christmas (colies are my parents present :evil: )
would tyre stretch and arch work sort it?

You may need a little tweak to the arches but nothing major.
