Right. I know its prob the wrong thing to be considering but I think it may be time for a change.
97K on the clock. Sports seats (just been pro shampoo'd) Climate control etc, 5 door Black.
Had cam belt & pump less than 1000 miles ago and saschs clutch & flywheel 3k ago. Tensioner & Alternator Pulley done recently. New Sump, all filters & Window Mechanisms done too. 18"RS4's with good rubber (these are brand new with no marks) and lowered 35mm front & rear. Engine mounts and all bushes done too. Replacement Intercooler and hoses as these were worn. All bulbs new/upgraded. New GB plates too.
Remapped so oodles of torque and plenty of fun & Runs perfectly.
ONLY Bad point is that the car was CAT D last year. Both pass doors took it and were repaired/painted but TBH its not the greatest Job, but I am quite fussy with it. I have been looking to get two new doors and get them painted but thats if I keep the car.
I reckon with the work thats been done the cars worth about 4k as a Cat D??

Sounds similar to mine albeit I had 115K on the clock and a new turbo / upgraded clutch /suspension / engine mounts / pipework / remap / brakes / exhaust / Recaro's / full service history
Sold it for 3.5K just over 6 weeks ago and mine wasn't a CAT D
-
Really? Ive already been offered that around 6 weeks ago when I was approached and asked if I wanted to sell....
-
Your going to struggle to get £4k wit it being a cat d.
-
personnally i wouldnt pay more than £2.5k
-
Generally Cat D will give it about 75% of market value.

If your getting that kinda wedge offered for it i'd take it with both hands without a thought.
With it being Cat D it generally puts people off let alone offer you good money for it.
