Title: mk3 cabrio door window not flush

my mk3 cabrio passenger door window is not flush with the body, this is causing a gap between window and body, window is up fully and doesn't look ofset or out of runners??  anyone got any ideas or solutions???

any help is much appreciated

My Nearside door has dropped slightly on the hindge but ok when closed. Can u post a picture?

i will try, doesn' look to have dropped on hinge, i will have a good look at weekend when not working
