Some scum bag has stolen my wastline trim of my mk1 cab drivers side......absolutely gutted.
Can anyone help me? i feel naked without them
they were black with a chrome strip

What a bunch of tw@ts, feel for you mate. :angry: I know it's no consolation but I think you can get these from http://www.gpcvwaudi.com/index.htm and I think trimsport had some chrome ones too that I'm thinking about getting but I'm not 100% sure about that as they were just pictured in their advert in the Golf+ mag, but you could try them although their website seems to be down at the moment. Hope you get it sorted.

Bastards. Have heard of things like that happening at GTI International, in the car park. Trouble is, some of these parts are becoming so rare and expensive now, the temptation is higher to steal someone elses :angry:
I don't take my cab to GTI International, mainly for that reason.

I went to Inters with my cab last year. There was a few chav's around the place to be honest? :angry:

W@nkers. I'm trying to work out if my front grill VW badge from my mk3 was nicked or it fell out!? They're about ?16 from VW! I bought a new one and a GTI badge to replace the other ones as they had lost their chrome! (Bit of a perfectionist me!) And some dirty chav has probably scabbed it.

Probably my own fault thinking about it, left it in the work car park overnight after having a few post-work bevvies in Redhill, thats "chavsville". Or chavhill!

the key to protecting your car at inters is to get a club spot, so we can all park our cars together :cool:

What makes it worse is the fact that these people willl probably be putting them on there car , meaning they are part of the watercooled thing , saddens me that these kind of people are associated with what is one of the best "families" that love there cars , id understand it at "maxpower live" coz the only people i know that read it are chavs , but not a VW event or someones car , worse thing is you cant protect your car , my mate ended up inside for 6 months because he kicked 3 shades of S**T out of some lad he caught half way through the window of his 350BHP sunny GTI-R . (tho intensive car for 3 days and hospital for 2 weeks was a bit far you can see what im getting at)

Trouble is your mates idea of Reasonable force isn't the same as some liberal minded Magistrate who live's in a nice middle class area where " We don't have that sort of Riff Raff". :rolleyes:
They don't realise that what your mate did is much more likely to put the theiving snaffs off, having given them a pasting, than a few hours of community service and a drugs referal order.
I hope your mate didn't lose his job or fu@k up his life too much. :sad:
