Title: mk3 matt black textured bumper

i have to gaping holes in the fron i assume are for some fog lights is there a blank that i can get to plug them up as they look awful?

If its next to the indicator's then you need "reflectors/fog blanks" or if there at the bottom corners you need vents (both std fit and easy to obtain)
try ebay etc
