Just curious can u convert 5 stud to 4? Really fancy some g60 steels

Yes but lots of work.

It is possible but to do it properly its a heck of a lot of work or you can get adapters but the are not recommended.
Choose some different wheels!

get the g60's redrilled and use the centre caps?

Just for info, VW made 15" 5 stud wheels, they were a option as winter spec.
1H0601025N: Wheel Disc (steel) 6,5JX15H2 ET43 5/100 GTI,VR6

Also, any Mk4 steel wheels from the lower spec models will fit.*
*Maybe not the 14" ones, although the PCD will be the same, they might not go over the brakes.

Correct 14"s will not fit over the brakes.
