Title: yet another question...engine weight?

Im selling my 1.8 8V engine and need to know the weight to work out courier costs...

Anyone got any idea within a few KG???

it took 3 blokes to lift my old one into the back of a car without the gearbox attached.

probably best to do a buyer collects, as the cost will be high and i would imagine as most couriers are a person with a van they wont be able to lift it hence they wont want to move it.
you would prbably need a hiab vehicle and they will want plenty of cash.

I already have a buyer and they want it posted...theyre happy to pay whatever, I just need to kniow the weight to get the quote...

I can lift this 8valve engine into the boot of a golf myself...and Im a weakling! 2 of those 3 blokes were being lazy!  :wink:
