Title: Bright white H15 bulbs at long last?

I've had a saved search on eBay running on "H15 bulb" for over 12 months and nothing has ever shown up, but I just got an alert about these. Could it be that some ingenious person has found a way of making a brighter H15 bulb? Who's going to buy a set to test?  :laugh:
