Title: Inner Cv joint

 I have a 1990 8 valve gti with an inner cv joint which needs replacing.
 According to the Haynes manual all gti inner cv joints come with a gasket and look slightly different.
According to gsf only the 16v one is different. :undecided:

Can anybody tell me who is correct?

not sure but i know the 16valve one definitely comes with a gasket mate

Joints will probably be different, all inner joints should have a gasket to stop the grease leaking out.
