Title: fuel gauge, digital?

Basically i hate my fuel gauge seems so unresponsive, so i was thinking has anyone fitted a digital fuel gauge to their mk2 and if so how difficult was it? a rev counter wouldnt be the end of the world either.

You'd need a custom sender (http://www.remarkind.com/fuel_gauge.html) - but considering the gauge and pump are one assembly - you'd have trouble.

Just fill the tank to the top and re-fill when you hit 1/4 tank - then it doesn't really matter if its unresponsive.
