Post by: GrandMstRamRod on 22 September 2010, 11:07
hi currently i have a two huge key marks on my drivers side door which take it back to the metal, which seriously pissed me off.

i have perchase halfords kit for my car which includes laquer primer and the metallic paint but that is at least a three day process

been looking up on ebay and found this item.

basically a scratch remover pen, just wanted to know if anyone have used this as a tempory fix as i currently dont have time for a full
3 days of painting due to my job and studies.

any help would be brilliant.

i think i have a solution to this stupid key scratch wanted to know if anyone has used
one of these kits from halfords.

ive already applied the primer and is looking good so far building it up in layers every 10-20 mins before applying another coat to get the primer above the paint work as instructed.

tonight im going to apply the metalic colour match paint then tomorrow the laquer!

so far so good!
