Title: Help water leak but think ive found the split pipe,part number and place to buy?

Hi there

I have a water leak on my anniversary 150 golf. It seams to be the little pipe that goes into a t piece then goes under the diesel vacuum  pump and onto the block on the right hand side I think. It has a heat resistant cover in it and I think this has perished and well the rest is history....

Im desperate to get one bought and shipped tomorrow as I need the car so any help is appreciated.
