what year is your 1.4? mines a 92 1.4 CL and i dont have that little key, my main key is different too

might just be a random key that the previous owner put on the cars keyring probably nothing to do with the car at all, my dad has alot of vintage japanese motorcycles come and go and they always ahve random unrelated keys that the previous owners firget to remove

Had one similar on my first GTi, was for an imobiliser which i followed the wires and was never plugged in :D

On the subject of keys I have 2 on my keyring that I have no idea what they're for. Can anyone help?

hey sorry Internet been messing up lately, its a 1996 Golf L. basic of the basic, ive try ed it with my aerial but it doesn't do anything with that. im just curious to what it is, and i have no alarm or immobilizer as im aware.
