Ive had the 1.8T for almost a year and a half and lost alot of the photos taken from the beginning so ill have to make do with what ive got left!. So... she was totally standard when i picked it up including some knackered santa monicas but at the time i had a mkiv Gt tdi 150 with black BBS RC's on so they got swapped over to the turbo within 2 minutes of arriving back home with her  :grin:.
i had to wait for the sale of the diesel before any major changes so first thing to do was a detail.

Booked it in for a non res miltek system and remap and fitted the rear valance

within a couple of months i fancied a change of rims so sold the beloved RC's to hulmie and found some porker replicas and cheap springs

CAI, forge splitter, EBC drilled & vented disc, EBC Red stuffs and 15mm spacer kit for coilovers at a later date

After that i fitted some rs4's, colour coded the front valance and found a pair of genuine anni headlights and a set of FK coilovers which got fitted with some adjustable drop links but this was as low as the driveshaft allowed for the time being so left it as was and fitted some better plates and polished again and finished with megs cleaner wax.

Got bored one afternoon and took the tatty white amp resprayed it black and build a false floor from MDF and refitted everything back in.

Repainted the calipers with 2 coats of red heat resistant paint and laquered

also removed all the trim and painted in metallic reflex silver and fitted an r-line gearknob... by by wood!

just a small update, had a custom built turboback made and it sounds  :cool:

Sold her  :cry:

but shes been replaced with another MK4  :laugh:
