Title: Dash bulbs, odd fitment?

ive done a search already, no joy.

I bought replacement bulbs for my brothers 1.3 and they dont seem to fit, they dont twist and lock they just push in and dont have the ridges that the original ones had to hold them in place.

Am I missing something obvious?
