Title: Monza II Refurb Birmingham
Post by: Kwok8 on 15 September 2010, 21:35
Has anyone used The Wheel Specialists in Birmingham for wheel refurbs? Just wondering if they would do a good job on Monza IIs?

Not used The Wheel Specialists but I do know that A1 Wheels in Wolverhampton are top notch!

Have you used them before?  Does the Monza II need specialist equipment to get it back to original state?

Might ring up for a quote tomorrow.

Go to A1 in Wolverhampton, best place by far, and some of the staff have MK5 GTI's so always love to look at other peoples, and you may even get a nice discount for it too!

Would be good to see the before and after shots, want to get mine done and would consider sending them up to Birmingham if they do a good job.  What price did they quote you?

They said £85 per corner with tyres on and strip, back to original and refit. Even loaning me some wheels for my car! Dropping off saturday so probably pick them up tuesday or wednesday.

Cool looks like they done a good job, maybe worth me spending the money sending mine up there to be done.
