I had this a few nights ago when playing wiht Chuff.  Could be the other persons weak connection.

I used the magic "turn it off and back on again" twice.

worked fine since.

Try rebooting your router as well.

same!

Rebooted router, restarted box. connections are all fine...

I can connect to party but I couldn't connect to the host, so I'm guessing its just a specific person, as I can go online and race.

Look up port forwarding, I had to do this on my router to join party races with mates.

i think between me n slick we sorted mine

open ports 88 and 3074  :smiley:

Mmmm, done all that before, wouldn't have reset itself would it?

My life used to consist of RainbowSix: Vegas, so I know all about lag :D
